Hello.

I am a Support Engineer with Visioneer Scanners.

This scanner is not supported on Windows 7. This scanner has not been supported since Windows XP and there will be no current updates for this scanner.

As a suggestion, you could call into customer service @ 925-251-6399, opt. 1 to inquire about scanners that are supported on Windows 7.

To the Visioneer Tech:

Why would we look at other Visioneer scanners that support Win 7 when your company cannot even provide a win 7 updated driver for this One Touch 7300 that isn't that outdated yet. Is this how you get people to buy your latest products by dropping driver support for previous generation products. No thanks.
