Question Visited an infected website, more info in thread.

I visited local restaurant's website and clicked on contact tab to get their phone number, then i got redirected to a website named (don't remember exactly the link as i don't have access to logs anymore) robotcaptcha or something like that, closed that tab immediately. Then when i switched to restaurant's tab saw a pop-up appearing. After scanning the website with a few scanners found out that site was infected with something called "spam-seo.hidden_content". Downloaded malwarebytes and scanned my pc with it, found nothing. Now checking with windows defender. What am i supposed to do now? and how can i be sure that im not infected.

well, does that mean i got off lightly this time ? How can i know i haven't got any damage from that website?

Should be ok, if it only spam.
but if you are paranoid, do a fresh os install.

If you find nothing doing scans with MalwareBytes and Windows Defender, I would be quite confident that you're okay.
Reboot the PC and scan again to be sure

Good idea, was kinda afraid of rebooting but i think i'll do it.
