Vista load problem

Hey guys
has anyone ever had this problem. When the system is cold it will boot and run just fine. But if you turn it off and then try to restart it will go through post and then start to load vista but will never make it to the log in screen. If you let it sit turned off for at least an hour or so it will load vista and run fine. Checked for an over heating problem but did not find one. All temps are running in the green. If you hit reset and try to load vista safe mode it will load every time hot or cold. Any ideas sure would be appreciated.

Try with this:

Open "System Recovery Options" on the repair disk, or OS disk. Open up the Command Prompt. Try typing the following commands in order:

1- bootrec /fixmbr and hit enter
2- bootrec /fixboot and hit enter
3- bootrec /rebuildbdc and hit enter
