Vista oem from newegg

if i order the vista from newegg the oem system builders one will i be able to reuse it as many times as i want?

On the same computer, yes. If you upgrade the motherboard, then technically you'd have to buy another copy as buying a new motherboard is equivilent to purchasing a new computer. (At least in MS's eyes).

Of course, you can always tell them your motherboard failed and that's why you replaced it.
