Question voice command apps n desktop

Hi

I'm about to be in a half body cast. Any one know how I can navigate desktop and note pad++ by voice ?
I loked at jarvice and google voice search thaing("ok google").
I want to edit my notes. no coding. shoping note's exct.
And may be a game(any) solitear to runescape.
I have a beast of a pc(to me).
