Volume keeps lowering and raising

So as the title says, the volume keeps lowering and raising when im playing games and listening to music, or listening to music and talk on skype etc..
i've tried almost everything and still no success -.-
i've tried to disable the thing when it reduces the volume of other sounds, still doesnt work.
Please help guys!

My motherboard has a built in soundcard.
my pc specs:
MSI z97 s02
gtx580
intel i7 4770k
8gb ram furyX

All my drivers are up to date :S

Don't forget to make sure that none of the keys on the keyboard also control the volume.
