Info Volume Mixer finally fixed

Today's 22523.1000 update finally fixes the Volume Mixer not retaining its settings between sessions. One less reason for me not to update to W11. Maybe I'll do a new year's day permanent W11 fresh install after all and leave W10 in storage.
