I've been subscribing VPN.ht for couple years now. It had its ups and downs, but in general it was always how it is - cheap and reliable (give me a $4.9-9/month VPN in 2022 and I'll be mowing your lawn for free for an undisclosed period of time).
The problem is, it stopped working. Sort of. I can connect to the VPN normally, but I can't reach any site. "Server not found", says Firefox, while Chromium informs me of: "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG". The issue persists on two separate PCs, three various browsers and three separate operating systems.
The helpdesk agents haven't picked up my ticket for a month now.
What do I do?
