I have 2 GTX Titan Hydro copper on Sli in a GA 990 FX UD3 R5 motherboard and a FX 9370 Processor. My VRM/NB is overheating I believe. I start having stuttering and sound problems and at times the computer shuts down automatically. Any ideas? Motherboard can not handle all the wattage?

26 is still good. If that's as hot as it gets under load then the CPU temp isn't a problem.

If the VRMs are overheating, you can try increasing airflow over them. I think you can buy spot fans for your PC that can be pointed at a certain area.

My first step would be replacing that PSU though.

Thermal margin is like temperature but it reports how far you are away from hitting the max temperature limit. So higher is better. A lot of utilities didn't read temperature properly for FX chips, AMD overdrive thermal margin is the most reliable way to make sure your CPU isn't overheating.

I would not run that CPU and dual Titans off some generic PSU. I don't know if that's what's causing your issues, but you should probably replace it anyway.
