W10 oc help

I recently install windows 10 and overclocking my i7 3820.

The bios shows it working.
However in windows 10 it shows 4.5 in system settings and 4.5 on task mananger as maximum.

Playing black ops 3 is putting the system on heavy load and yet it still wont go higher than 3,50 point

Turn off speed step, and disable all c-states.

I reset the bios and redid all the overclocking and disabled everything again and it seems to hold now. No idea what the issue was

I was on w7. Wouldn't even try w8

I wanted dx12 so I gave this a go.

Its a pain to disable crap and get it going, but once you do its kinda nice.
