w10 upgrade fail

Tried installing w10 20 times but still fails after trying to install windows 10. Netwt04
then after it reinstalls w7 it shows unable to install w 10 0xc1900101-0x30018
Tried everything but nothing.

I SOLVED IT BY QUICKLY LOGGING IN AND DISABLING THE 'MOBILE HOTSPOT' i googled my problem and was surprised no one said anything about it. intel wireless wifi link Apapter
