[SOLVED] W3680 overclock

hello guys..so i have this cpu xeon W3680 on a lenovo tinkstation s20 MB and i need to overclock it a little bit i tried to do it with ThrottleStop to 3.7 Ghz and it's showing me in CPU-Z it's 3.7 but i MSI afterburner Riva tunner it's only show me 3.46 GHz like W3690?! it can't even reach the 3.6 turbo boost any information here bec the bios is locked i can't change any overclock settings..and another thing when i go over 3.7 like 3.8 or 4.0 GHz the pc gives me blue screen and i see a video on YOUTUBE about hp z400 he overclock it to 4 GHz and i didn't crash of course with ThrottleStop as well bec the z400 have locked bios too..

Gigabyte gtx 670
10 GB ram 1333 Mhz
PSU 625 80 plus bronze

If you overclock to 4.0 GHz and you get a BSOD, obviously overclocking is working.

ThrottleStop can overclock the W3680 on any motherboard. Trust the MHz that ThrottleStop and CPU-Z are reporting.
