W8.1 cant use half of its memory

Hi, ive got a laptop with a dedicated graphic card and 8GB ram.
Im using W8.1 and everytime i try a consuming game (Just like tera, borderlands 2...) windows prompt me, minmizing or even closing the game with a message asking me to close the game cause there is not enought memory.
When i open the resource monitor, i can clearly see how there is about 4gb of ram used and 4 free, but the system will never use the other 4 gb. Cant find similar issues on the web so..

any idea?

It says that its a 64bits system with an x64 processor. It also says that there is 8GB of memory installed, 7'87 usable.

radeon HD 7700M
1TB disk

Ive been watching for the memory consumption and i detected it using more than the 4GB, but it still launches the error when it gets there.
