The exist, but don't really save you much time (and don't work as well). You still have to separate out the 8 individual wires and place them into the proper slot. The only thing they do is save you from the minor expense of buying a 110 punch tool.

Here's how a punch tool works. I actually prefer them because they also trim the excess wire when you punch it. The toolless kits are actually harder because the wires can slip out of their slot while you're trying to get the other 7 wires in their slots (the toolless punch will punch all 8 of them simultaneously).
