16gb ram 3200mhz

Mid-high seems a reasonable level. Why does it matter, does it do what you want.

I'd call it a high-end especially for 1080p gaming you can't get much better than that anyways in terms of 1080p performance.

well maybe get a X470 or X570 with good vrms so u could oc it, then prob it would be A better mid - high specs

Upper mid range build. But upgrading the motherboard/cpu might push it up to high end.
