Want 8GB ram for pc but no allowed by parents, what to do?

You could say "I need it to do my school work" or save up some money and buy it yourself. If you don't want them to find out ship it to your friends house and when your parents aren't home or something just put the ram in.

How long do you spend gaming?
How good are your grades?
Do you play sports? Do you help your parents around the house?

If you show to your parents that you are responsible, then they will probably don't object to you upgrading your computer with more RAM. But if you let your grades slip, and go to bed at midnight, don't be surprised if your parents take the router in their bedroom overnight 😉

break your current ram and tell them you need to replace it, the price went up and tell them also that you desperately need it for a school assignment

You guys are all over-thinking this. There's no need to spend more money on this build.

Just make all of your games and applications use half as much RAM! Press them together as tight as you can. Make sure no RAM-juice spills out the sides.
