[SOLVED] Want to broadcast wifi from a mobile wifi router as a shared adapter conection

I have a mobile WiFi device that if you connect via USB cable it gets recognized as Ethernet (remote ndis based internet sharing device) the thing is that i want it to broadcast from a shared tplink WiFi adapter that is connected on a WiFi network
I am on win 10
