Want To Build a Gaming RIG Urgent!!!

Hey Guys,

I want to build a Gaming Rig And I am so confused about the components of PC. So, I want to know what would be the best components for my Gaming Rig. I've Never built a PC Before So would appreciate if someone should suggest me some suggestions. I think i5 4690k and GTX 970 would be better for my Build and they are also able to run gta v at 1080p and i don't know about the other components But I've 40in Samsung 3D LED TV [Full HD 1080p] so, I only want the PC. Optional: Optical drive and Speakers.

I've a Budget of 75000inr [Indian Rupees] And Can be slightly increased.

coz ASRock z97 EXTREME4 is not available in my country and I Think 1TB Would be enough for me Will This Be Good Choice:-Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB AND also XFX is not available in my country so i hv picked Corsair VS Series VS650w PSU
And I Don't need Optical drive and Operating System becoz i've them and would you please prefer me some best sound speakers.
