Want to buy a high end gaming configuration under 30000 rupees

I am planing to buy a graphics card , ryzen processor and a ddr4 ram under Rs. 30000. Please help me to find out what is best combination to play latest games in ultra graphics in 60+fps

Hey man, sorry, you won't be able to build a decent enough rig for gaming under 30000. Even an office PC is tough at that budget. Let me tell you the cheapest prices of components in India.

CPU - Ryzen 1200 - 8000
Motherboard - cheapest mATX A320 - 5000
RAM - you need 2x8GB for 60+ FPS at FHD - 12000
GFX - GTX 1060 6GB - 24000, 3GB for 19000

We have already crossed 30000 and we have yet to spend on case, PSU, Storage, monitor etc.

At this point you have 3 options:
1) Increase your budget. 60000 for 900p high settings with 1050ti or 75000 with a 1060. Monitor separate
2) For around 40000, you can buy an intel i3 based PC with integrated graphics that will let you play 720p lowest settings
3) The best option. Get a PS4 for around 28000 - 35000 depending on the bundled game(s). Assuming, you already have a FHD TV.

Im Canadian and Indian and I think you should save up more money because 30000 rupees is almost 400 CAD.

Do you have new gen motherboard because if you have old gen motherboard then the new gen CPU and DDR4 RAM will not be compatible with it. So, you will also be needing new motherboard. All that in given budget is not possible unless you plan to get low end hardware like R3 1200 + B350 board + 4GB DDR4 + GTX1050Ti which is not high-end .

If you had INR30000 dedicated for only GPU while having previous gen i7 0r i5 setup then you could have got high-end build. What you want is not possible for that low budget.

This build is super for Full HD medium to high settings at 60 FPS. You can even go for 2x4 GB RAM to save some money.

GTX 1060 and RX 480 are one one tier above 1050ti and are more expensive. If you have the money, go for it. Prices:

GTX 1060 3GB Zotac - 19000 on amazon
6GB AMP - 24500 on Amazon

RX 480 is not available anywhere in India. If it is avaibale, it is available at inflated prices, so its not recommended. If you can find it within 19000, then go for it.

Get 8GB RAM instead of 16GB and spend the amount to get GTX1060 or RX480
