Question want to buy a new monitor

Hi guys
i want to buy a new monitor, but i dont have to much budget around 100€, and i mostly use it for gamming, do u think like 75hz or 100hz is a good option or should i go higher or lower?
I search that Tn is better is that case, let me know if i am wrong.
