Want to know the fan direction of 3930k heatsink??

i have just built new pc of 3930k as it doesnt cone with company heat sink so i just bought a cooler master' large heatsink having two fans on both sides(left and right side) of the heatsink. i want to ask that
should both fan throw air out of the heatsink?
Or one should blow air towards heatsink and other should throw it out of heatsink (means push and pull method)??
or both fan should blow air towards the heatsink??

It's set up for a push pull configuration. One fan pulls air in while the other fan helps pull the air out to exaust.
