Want to overclock intel core 2 duo e7200 2.53 ghz

I want to overclock intel core 2 duo e7200 2.53 ghz processor. My motherboard is xfx mg 63mi 7109 GeForce 7100 nForce 630i. Im having problem with it because my bios dosnt gives option of multiplier,voltage and other settings which are necessary for overclocking my processor. I have updated my bios, still no overclocking options. Currently my bios is American Megatrends 1985-2005. I want at least 3ghz speed.

REALLYY but my bios has fsb setting. When i increased my fsb some further and set it to 317, my bios started showing that cpu is at 3ghz. I run my game but no improvement in fps. Thats why i asked. Maybe there is another way to increase my fps in games. Well i have nvidia GeForce gt 610 2gb graphic card and some asus gpu tweak. Can i overclock my gpu to increase some fps. Please tell me is there a way to overclock any of these to increase fps. Im getting 16fps avg while playing nfsmw2 and that really makes me cry.
