Want to Upgrade Lenovo ThinkCentre M58p

i have Lenovo ThinkCentre M58p with Intel Processor Core 2 Quad
i want to ask does Lenovo motherboard 7188RT1 supports Intel Processor Core i7 ???
and how can i update its BIOS ???
it have BIOS Version/ Date "LENOVO 5CKT50AUS, 10-Jun-09"
