If we just post here to enter, that's pretty cool I guess. I've been looking to build a desktop for a while.

Daddy needs a new pair of CPU's!

It all started 4 years ago. That was the day I decided to construct my Second Life. Little did I know at that time what I would be giving up in the real world. I have been forced to give up all my CPU power cycles to maintain my Second Life. I am constantly running out of CPU cycles, and just last week, I became trapped in Second Life by a CPU cycle bandit. His name was Alfonzo, he was a furry, and he told me if I didn't give him some of my CPU cycles, that I would be forced into a life of bondage in Second Life. As you can imagine, this is now life for me, so I need to win this CPU to get my real life back.

Thank You

Sincerely,
Little Lost Linden

That would be incredible for me to win any processor and motherboard like this! I could finally start running mathematical and econometric models, whilst still having enough power to play solitaire! Of course Crysis 2 and Bf3 would be great to play with no CPU bottleneck.

I'm really looking forward to this CPU if I win. I'm already primed with an ASUS P6x58d premium, 12GB of DDR3, and Noctua cooler. Thanks Tom's Hardware for the opportunity to play.

One of these setups would be awesome. But, knowing my luck, I'll still be savings for a new sandybridge setup to dump my p4.

Speaking of Sandybridge, I wonder if there will be a list of the defective serials available for people to avoid them before purchase. I guess if you bought one, you could still send it in, but you'd have to wait for the new one. Just thinking that some sellers might not have done the return.
