No It doesn't. I've been playing HoN for over a year and played a few years of Dota before that, they are both very bad. Apparently LoL (league of legends) is bad too.

Blizzard should step in on this and ban the assailant's Battle.net accounts... Afterall, isn't breaking someones fingers a form of cheating? Plus it would be a great punishment AND rehabilitation technique all rolled into one.
