Question Warzone LOW FPS

this is my setup
i5-9600kf
RTX 3050 8GB Gigabyte
16GB RAM 3600mhz (gskill ripjaws)
and i have like 60-70 FPS on lowest settings even with nvidia dlss ultra performance. check this

this guy is playin with weaker cpu with much more fps than me any thoughts?
GPU/CPU ms in practise 8-9 MS both
GPU/CPU ms in battle royale 14/15 ms both
