Water Cooled CPU - NEED HELP!

So i have a AMD FX8350 4GHZ no overclocking or anything else,
I bought a water cooling named: Enermax Liqmax 2 - 120S

So my question is how should i place the 2 fans?

1) In and Out ?
2) In and In ?

How can i get more performance with cooling?

That's meant for a push and pull configuration both fans should exhaust air from your case.
