I bought a cyber power pc 5 years ago and now it’s shutting off because it’s overheating. The water in the water cooler is brown/red I think that’s the reason for the sudden shutdowns.

I have no experience in water coolers. I know it shouldn’t be that hard but I don’t know how to approach this. How can I empty the water and refill it?

Your watercooling system is way past due for a full cleaning. You would need to completely dismantle and clean everything based on pics. That may be the worst water I've seen in a cooling loop. Looks like algae in reservoir and also possible galvanic corrosion from no maintenance over the years as it's not a CLC cooler. A total teardown and cleaning at the least. You won't know how bad of shape everything is in until you tear it all apart. There's a good chance you would need to replace parts as well, tubing at the bare minimum. What model cyberpower PC do you have? There should be a manual somewhere with details on how your particular cooler is setup.

Oh gosh yeah thats bad...As 1LiquidPC says, that is going to require a complete tear down and ultra clean....Was the water clear when you got it? becouse if it was, that is one hell of a build up...Any way, hope the clean goes well, it should make a huge difference.
