water cooling problems

i have problems whit water cooling thermaltake 3.0 performer have a rare noise in te fan and when i stress the cpu whit prime this up at 79 degres c. i have amd fx 8350 the water cooling always get 1500 rpm even in stress mode whit prime
i dont know what is the problem
i put the generic fan of amd and give lower temperatures in the tests i dont know waht could be the problem

This is a weird problem, try using a silent adapter that only lowers a little bit, that helped me with my jetflo fan.
