water cooling r9 290

I have the urgent need to cool my r9 290 as if I don't it will kill my pc due to heat... lol. My budget is tight no more than 200 bucks... I have the asus radeon directx cu 2... all help appreciated

The Kraken seems to be the cooler of choice for GPU's. I'm not sure why.

I'd also recommend checking out the ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid II http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I3ETT84 which is an all-in-one GPU water cooling kit.
