Hello

I just finished installing the Thermaltake Floe Riing 360 and it works nicely, but - don't laugh too much - I have one rest cable and I don't know what to do with it: It's a cable from the pump with a 9 pins connector.
There are two cables from the pump: I have plugged the 3 pins one on the pump-fan connection of my motherboard. But the 2nd one with 9 pins, I have no idea what for it is and as I have no 9 pins on my motherboard, I am really lost with it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Tilu.-

PS: I am not sure to have posted in the right forum section, feel free to move my post as required. :)

Yes I know about the controller (the black box with the switches where the fans are connected) and I have other cables plugged into it as per guide. But the one from the pump is not mentioned in this guide, and there is no 9 pins connector left on the controller for that of the pump.

I'm like 99.9% sure that the 9 pin from the pump goes into the controller and the 4 pin goes to the mobo. Do you already have 5 fans connected to the controller? The controller should have 5 9pin ports, a micro usb for daisy chaining, and a molex port for power.

Thank you! Your last post was the "click" I needed!

There are five 9 pins connectors on the controller, out of which 1 is not covered by an on/off switch. I was wondering why and now suddenly it becomes clear: This last one is for the pump fan!

I feel pretty stupid... However, to my defense, it was my first water cooling installation and the guide is a minimized one.

Thank you all, great support as usual. :)
