Wattage Help

Okay I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, so sorry in advance.
But, I'm building this modest gaming rig and I need some picking out my PSU, and I have some questions.

The rig has:
A AMD Phenom II X4 965 proccessor
4 120mm fans
Nvidia GTX 280 graphics card
an Asus M4A79XTD EVO Motherboard
2 sticks of 4GB of ram.
1 keyboard, 1 mouse, and 1 XBOX 360 wired controller.
and 1 CD RW Drive.

Now I found out that ASUS has a wattage calculator, but I cant properly awnser all the questions because I don't know what a ZIP is, or what an SCSI is.

So any information would be nice, thanks in advance. and let me know if you need anymore information.

I agree with that. Maybe 550 watts but go with 600.
