Question Way lower FPS than expected

I'm getting sub 10 FPS on The First Descendant despite having a 3080 Ti which should be more than powerful enough to handle it. Any idea why this could be the case?

How old is the PSU? What GPU did you have prior to the RTX3080Ti? If you perform a discrete GPU upgrade, did you run DDU prior to dropping in the new GPU?

From the benchmark it looks like the cooler on the CPU is not mounted correctly or came loose (1.4 turbo) also the memory needs XMP enabled.

thanks I bought a new CPU cooler and will see if that fixes it
