Question Ways of stopping texture popping?

So I've been playing Doom Eternal, having a great time. It runs perfectly and has been fine up until late game, where I started getting a lot of texture popping and audio issues. The game is on a half full SSD and I've tested the speeds to make sure nothing was off, which it isn't. Anyone got any tips? Could be something in the game that needs fixing but I thought I'd ask here for any tricks people use. I'm on i5-7600k and RX 580 8gb with 16gb of 3200mhz RAM

What’s your cpu usage on each core when in game? I think you might be suffering from the cpu being largely maxed out.

Hmm I checked the overall CPU usage which hit about 70% - 80% with chrome open and temperature, which was fine but I did not check each core, do you know of any software or anything built into windows to view this? My CPU is overclocked too

MSIAfterburner is a good free bit of software for this.
