WD Elements song transferring problem

Hello.

I used my WD Elements to move songs from my old PC to my laptop. In my old PC, I had tags for each song in Hebrew and English. After moving all my songs to WD hard drive, I noticed that my Hebrew tags turned into Gibberish. What could cause this problem? On my old PC the tags are just fine. Thanks in advance.

Your old PC has support for hebrew fonts installed, whereas your laptop does not, hence the gibberish.

I am having a bad time following this tutorial because I am using Windows 8 and this tutorial is for XP/VISTAA/7, can't find the Supplemental Language Support part. Could you help me with that please?
