WD Green M.2 Performace Question

So I bought a 240GB WD Green M.2 SSD and tested it using CrystalDiskMark and compared it to a youtubers result on the same SSD and I also made sure that the test was the same aswell but im getting much lower results compare to the video, does anyone have any idea why this may be?

Your 4k speeds with a QD=32 (queue depth, or 32 files requested at once) are nearly identical to a QD=1. This suggest that NCQ is disabled - NCQ allows the drive to handle multiple read/write requests in parallel, so allows faster speeds with deeper queue depths. NCQ is disabled when your SATA ports are in IDE mode. You have to go into the BIOS and switch them to AHCI mode to enable NCQ. (RAID mode works too - it's a superset of AHCI.)

HOWEVER, before you hop into the BIOS and change it, understand that switching it to AHCI mode can make Windows unbootable. You don't say which version of Windows you have, so I'll just give you some generic references to fixing the problem (preferably before you switch it).

I'm using windows 10 on a ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E motherboard if thats helpful to you

Update: According to the advice you sent the drive is in AHCI mode
