[SOLVED] WD Red NAS (WD60EFRX) not detected

Hi, I have a spare drive from friend thought I'd use it as backup storage. I don't know much about fiddling around inside PCs but I watched a bunch of YT vids, got a anti-static wristband, plugged it in, and it didn't show up in my "This PC", I'm using Win10.

So I tested it. WD Dashboard says its's working fine, so does Hard Disk Sentinel, and CrystalDiskInfo. Device manager also sees it.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've got a feeling it's something obvious that I'm just unaware of.

Yep.
Right click on that 5587GB partition.
What options does it give you?

OK.
What I would do:

DELETE both volumes, leaving one blank space.
Then...
New Simple Volume
Format
Give it a drive letter.
