Webpages diplayed very wrong on all the browsers. Please Help!

I have a very strange problem. A lot of webpages are displayed very wrong on every browser i've tried(chrome, edge, firefox, safari).
The problems look like this: not loading javascript or css, so only html is displayed and stuff like that (from what i see and what i know).
The problem gets solved after i restart the computer but comes again after some time. I have the latest java version installed.

I know for sure that the websites aren't the problem because i have another acer laptop and a desktop pc on the same network and they display the pages just fine.

Oh and also the pages keep loading forever.

Dell n5110 laptop
i5-2410m
8gb RAM
120gb SSD
Windows 10

seems your dell not supporting win 10 with your laptop but that shouldn't stop you going through device manager and checking for any updates to devices.

What type of graphics card has it got? is it running integrated?
