Website only shows HTML and no Pictures

So oddly enough, all of a sudden my Chrome started acting weird.

When I go on to the website steamcommunity.com it only shows HTML aswell as my Facebook not showing any pictures. It is just showing White spaces. I've tried clearing cookies, cache, reset, malware scans, nothing has worked so far.

EDIT: I just realised that microsoft support also does this with its website.

To the left of the URL it should say something like "NOT SECURE (!)".. Click that.
Click SITE SETTINGS
Scroll to bottom and click RESET SITE SETTINGS. Then try again.

You may also want to goto the following URL: chrome://extensions
and delete/remove any extensions that don't look like something you use.

I fixed it:

Apparently it was the AdBlock Plus extention for Chrome that caused this problem. I just deleted it and use normal AdBlock now and it works fine.

Yep. Tried heaps of other suggestions I found on the Net and removing AdBlock Plus finally did it.
