I have a 24 pin connector on my PSU, and 8 pin for CPU, do any adapters for this purpose exist? i found several threads claiming they dont, but theyre all 4+ years old. I cant find any online, or any tips exept "reroute the cables"

D3348-A23 GS1 is the motherboard from a Fujitsu Celsius M740 workstation. It uses a 12v only PSU with proprietary pinout and connectors. You can't use a standard ATX PSU.

This PSU is 14 years old. Don't use it in any system!

I dont need a high quality PSU, its overkill in wattage for my needs, and im fine with just 80 plus. If it breaks i have a excuse to buy a better one, so i really dont care. Or do you want me to use one that doesnt even have 80 plus?

The manual for the M740 doesnt give me any explicit information about the power connectors.

Still doesnt answer my question if any adapters exist...

It's not about the quality and efficiency. It's the age of the PSU. After 14 years it's not reliable anymore. Like said before: it's a tikking bomb.

I've never seen any adapters for this Fijitsu motherboard.
