hello. from 10 days ago my pc restarted randomly for no reason and after several troubleshooting i realized that its because of loose 24 power cable connected to psu side. when i tightened it the problem fixed but after that a buzzing noise is coming from my psu no matter its under load or idle. also there is some weird sound from hdd too like chopping sound. the hdd sentinel show 100 percent of the hdd. so the loose 24 ping cable that caused random restated damaged the psu or likely caused coil whine? or the problem is other thing? should i change the psu? the buzzing noise is really annoying

a buzzing noise is coming from my psu
Sounds like a coil whine.

sound from hdd too like chopping sound.
Sounds like HDD write sound. Could be HDD vibration resonance as well.

should i change the psu?
If you can't live with it, change the PSU. Else-ways, enjoy the sound (coil whine isn't harmful for PSU). Other option is to increase white noise in your room, so that coil whine gets masked into it (e.g put case fans on higher RPM, so that you'll hear those instead).

i want to know how randomly restarts caused this coil whine? whats the point of loose 24 pin cable and coil whine?
