Question Weird characters and lines on screen when booting ?

Hello, I have been having problems with my computer lately. Recently upon bootup, I would see some characters and lines, but it would go away after about 3-4 seconds, but now it stays there and the pc restarts, and goes into recovery mode.

Specs:
-AMD Ryzen 3200G
-16GB 2666mhz RAM
-XFX AMD Radeon RX470 8GB
-Gigabyte GA-A320M-H
-Windows 10 Pro







I had to take my graphics card out just to use my computer.

my psu is an

EVGA 100-W1-0600 600W White

And I dont really have a second pc, but my bro has a pc with an amd card in it so I will try on his pc.

Also, I removed the AMD drivers, tried the card, And It booted up! but there were translucent vertical blue-green bars going through the screen. Also the screens max resolution was 1280x1024 even though my monitor is 2560x1440,

That is tell tell signs of a bad gpu. Test it in a working system

Well, The guy I bought it from said he buys these with no warranty and papers. At least here in my country broken xfx rx 470 8gb cards are going for 100 bucks BROKEN. I dont really get how but I can still get my money back because i bought it for 80 bucks before the bitcoin mining really started.
