Weird clicking noise coming from computer

My computer started making a weird clicking noise for about 2 days now. No matter what the temps are it's still doing it sometimes so I thought it could be a problem with the cables but I can't see any cables hitting the fans

here's a link to a video where I record the noise it's making

I really want to know what's causing it because it usually makes the noise at completely random moments so it's pretty hard to know where it comes from.

I used the program you sent me and I wasn't too sure what to check but it said that the SDD's health was fine. I couldn't switch to the HDD though but the sound definitely comes from near the 2 fans that are at the top-left of the case I was able to stop the first one with my fingers but the sound didn't stop, the other one is impossible to stop without taking out the first fan and the thing (I think the cpu cooler) that's between the 2 of them. Sorry if this is vague my knowledge on computer components is pretty limited lol

The SSD shouldn't make any noise. Did you build this? Can you remove the heat sink, and replace the fan(I'd replace both if I was doing it)? You'd also have to clean and re-apply the thermal paste between the CPU and heat sink.

i didn't build it. i only know how to swap the gpu and one of the fans. I'm not sure where the heatsink is but once I find out I can probably remove them and do as you said

The CPU cooler sits on top of the heatsink to keep the CPU cool. It isn't hard to remove - 4 screws. make sure you have some thermal paste available(it $5-10 bucks). You could order it from Newegg - along with fans.
After you remove the heatsink clean off the thermal paste using rubbing alcohol and a lint free cloth(you can use a coffee filter). Aply new themal paste and re-install the heatsink(with the newly attached fans).
Here's a video - the only thing you don't need to do is remove the CPU - but you will need to clean the paste off of it, but you can do this without removing it.
