Question weird computer things happening..

I recently have been having some weird computer issues. I dont know if i can really call them issues. Things like my monitor screen flashing black or stuttering for like a millisecond, network issues, disconnect screens on sites i don't think ive ever seen before. They are not the biggest issues, but they were not happening before. Any advice, help, or comments would be informational on were i could start investigating!
