[SOLVED] Weird Duplicate Wifi

Recently I mean a month ago my sister's laptop wifi keeps disconnecting, I fixed it but it came back again now with this BS

Some weird Duplicate Wifi that only shows up in her laptop and not on other devices any idea?


Edit: welp there's another wifi with the same name just with a different characters in one of the letters like for example e will become é things like that in the name

You probably noticed but those 2 aren't exactly the same
top is
PLDTHOMEFIBREb747u
bottom is
PLDTHOMEFÉBRb747u

So is one how Fibre is spelled in a different language?
top one makes me sense to me.
you should be able to remove them.
