Question Weird freezing problem

Hello everyone.
2 weeks ago I finished a new build and it works great quite and low temperature.
The weird thing is that rarely usually when I leave the PC alone For a while when I come back I begin to move my mouse and then suddenly the desktop begin to freeze the mouse still works but after a couple of minutes it also freezes nothing helps until I restart the computer and then everything works fine.
what can be the cause of this issue?
Build as follows:
Rayzen 5 5600x
Asus tuf gaming b550m plus
Rx 5600 xt
16 gb ram 3600hz
550 power supply bronze

i have the same setup. and is freezes. did you updated to the last BIOS? i Did and now im thinking about do the downgrade.

For me the problem was that one of my old HDD was making problems it was like 10 years old so I unplugged it updated windows to the latest version and did the same with all drivers and for the GPU I did a factory reset and installed new drivers
Ohh and yeah I updated the mouther board to the latest bios

I have the same cpu and experiencing around the same issue. What bios version were you running before?

I don't remember but Wich mobo do you have ? Cuz some aren't compatible
