Weird Graphical Glitches in Games

in game there has been flickering textures and sometimes flashing white squares, how do i fix this? it has appeared in Arkham City and AC Rogue. Rig is GTX 750 Ti, i3-4160, 8 GB Ram, Sandisk Ultra II SSD, Electron 700w PSU, Gigabyte Mobo (forgot the exact model)

Are you running at stock speeds on your GPU?

Try a different graphics driver. Like asked, have you raised the clock speeds on your GPU?

nope, its running at base clock speeds, but my card was factory oc'ed, its the palit stormx version, i tried a different driver, it seems to have disappeared but once i saw a big white square flash at the side of the screen when im gliding in Arkham City but only for a split second though it may just be a special effect in game that i mistake for a flashing white square, it may have been a driver issue though the choppiness of the framerate when i enter certain areas in the map came back lol

Some bad drivers tend to do this. I assume you're using the latest now.
You could also try monitoring your GPU temperatures using a program like MSI Afterburner. See what the temperatures at full load or while you're gaming.
