Hello, whenever I start playing games, everything is fine for about 10 minutes, after that the gameplay gets worse and worse, I need to take a break so it gets back to normal, but after 10 minutes it starts lagging again. It happens BOTH on pc and ps5, i always check temperatures and usages and everything is fine. It just feels like my router is getting bloated or something OR its a problem with electricity. Can someone help?

It is not likely the router but when it affects multiple devices I guess it could be.
You really have few option. You can verify you have the latest firmware in case of some strange bug. Try a factory reset and only set the admin and wifi passwords. Stuff like parental control or firewall rules can use memory in a router, these options tend to be turned off by default.

After than you start to suspect a hardware issue with the router and there really is no way to really repair a router.

Let say it was electricity what can you do if the power company is not delivering power correctly to your house. It should affect all your devices, more your pc than anything else since it has the most complex power supply.

Most routers use external power blocks to covert the AC power to DC. There is not much you can do with these they pretty much just do this one function and there is nothing you can change or affect.

In theory I guess the power brick could be bad, I really doubt it these seldom go bad. You could buy another one with similar ratings. It is going to depend on the cost of the whole router compared to the cost of just a power brick.

Many people would just test this but since you are asking a basic question like this I suspect you do not have a meter to test power or knowledge on how you would test stuff like this.

If you think it is a heat problem try a fan near the router....check that any vents in the router are clear. You could also at least temporarily remote the case from the router. You do not want to do that long term since you might accidentally damage it without the case. Unless it is something silly like dirt in some vent you are going to have to replace the router if it is overheating.
