[SOLVED] weird lines going through my screen

so basically since 2 days ago i went back to a restore point beacuse of various reasons, however ever since that restore point my screen has been acting up so strangely, it works perfectly fine on my nintendo switch so it has to do with computer but i cant find any solutions, basically im getting these weird lines both horizontally and vertically, on soms apps its extremely bad and it only appears when i move my cursos on certain spots on my monitor, this is an example of one

exactly as in this picture, only happens in certain apps, but in general the quality of my screen has been lowered as if its in game mode, only happens with my computer, not when i plug it into my nintendo switch

Underclock your monitor refresh rate from factory default to something lower
for e.g. if default is 60hz underclock it to 50hz.
It also helpful for faint vertical lines on cheap IPS displays
and will be greatly helpful in reducing eyestrain and improving image quality
from Nvidia custom resolution
