Weird monitor issue

i found a monitor and it has a weird issue.
There is a green gradient on the left side of the monitor.
I was wondering if i could do an operating system wide gradient on this monitor only.
it also flickers on that side two occasional.

That's an issue with the monitor not the OS. Not something you can fix unfortunately.
Considering you found it, maybe that's why someone wasn't using it in the first place 😛

i know its a monitor issue, but i was wondering if i could overlay a red/blue color gradient on the monitor and correct the color change
